yellowstone and idaho

trip #2

oh my.  the beauty of God's creation.  and the beauty of needing a jacket in the summer.

we spent 3 days in yellowstone national park.

the madison river, seeing animals, old faithful, the yellowstone canyon, mammoth springs, and geysers.  we visited a cool bear and wolf rescue discovery center where max got to help hide food for the bears.  it was super cool! 

then we headed to boise idaho.  the kids and i stayed and played for a few days with our friends the clackers before meeting the dads up in mccall for camp.  

boise was fun and mcccll is beautiful!!!

we enjoyed the lake a bit, loved the zipline at the camp and it was just so nice to just spend time outside without sweating to death.  livi also started walking so that was fun!
