he was SO excited! and he is doing pretty well. staying in bed at night seems to be no problem. its the waking up at 5am to play that is causing us a little trouble. and he took a long time to fall asleep at his nap today. but i figure in a week it will be like he never was small enough for a crib.

Congratulations, Max! I can't believe he is so big now, and I can't believe there is an Elmo doll that is as big as him. Miss you!
