B is for Boy!

with max, it was a surprise until delivery day, but with baby #2 joey was calling the shots. at our sonogram, he asked the tech to write down a B or G and put it in an envelope for max to open and read to us.

drumroll please......

it's a B!

max's little bro is due on august 28th and we couldn't be more excited to see the 2 of them together!

easter

max had been a little sick last week so i wasn't sure how easter would turn out this year, but we managed to have some fun anyway.

we had a worshipful easter service at church, followed by lunch out to celebrate my moms birthday, naps, and then a low key easter egg hunt.

this year, we decided to take a small trip to san antonio as a family of 3. we had a fun time and it was great to get away and spend some special family time together.

at fazoli's in waco on the way....why do they not have these in our area anymore? delicious!
