4 months

max is 4 months old and is getting to be more fun everyday...he is such a happy, mellow kid and that makes life so great! at his check up the dr said everything looks good. he still has an insignificant heart murmur, but his torticollis is better (no helmet for this baby :); we do need to do more tummy time though bc he isn't rolling over quite yet!

he weighed 14lbs 12oz (50%)

he is 26 inches long (80%)

our 1st family of 3 vacation was a good one...not as restful as vacations used to be but fun nonetheless. max got his first cold while we were traveling so they just made sleeping a little harder on all 3 of us, but joey and i got to spend some really fun time sking together (thanks aunt kacy for keeping max!). joey and i love being a family of 3 and i can't wait for our next trip....lets just hope max doesn't get a cold this time :)

...if my 1st vacation will be as fun as sucking on this fist......mmmm.

i'll be sure and let you know if i enjoy my trip to colorado and my 1st time in the snow...winter park or bust!

friends are friends forever

not to be too cheesy in my quoting of michael w smith, but its true...these friends have been friends forever and will continue to be long into the future. it is such a true delight to see us all grow up and change and as we all become parents, another adventure begins. we are so excited to meet the newest addition to this clan, keaton, in less then a week! say a special prayer for this little boy and his mom and dad as his arrival has been long awaited.
